Rubinetterie F.lli Frattini S.p.A., in compliance with the Whistleblowing regulations (Law 197/2017 amending Article 6 of Legislative Decree 231/01), has established a process for receiving and managing reports of behaviors and/or actions that may constitute a violation, even if only potential, of company regulations, as well as existing laws and regulations.

Rubinetterie F.lli Frattini S.p.A., regardless of the method used to make the report, will ensure the confidentiality of the reporter and, if requested, anonymity. The company will handle all information related to the case confidentially and in accordance with applicable laws.

Rubinetterie F.lli Frattini S.p.A. does not tolerate retaliation, threats, or discriminatory acts against the reporter who, in good faith, makes a report. It is also emphasized that the channels mentioned above do not handle customer complaints, such as complaints related to service quality, prices, etc.

Rubinetterie F.lli Frattini S.p.A. encourages anyone, including employees and third parties (such as Business Partners, Suppliers, Customers, collaborators, and stakeholders in general), to report, even anonymously, in good faith and without fear of retaliation, any potential misconduct (as specified above) using the reporting channel listed below:

The web platform "Reports - Whistleblowing" is capable of ensuring, through computerized means, the confidentiality of the reporter's identity, in accordance with Law 179/2017 "Provisions for the protection of authors of reports of crimes or irregularities that they have become aware of in the context of a public or private employment relationship" (the so-called Whistleblowing Law).
